About the Author

 

Fr. Alejandro Macia (MPhil, PhD) was born in Bogotá (Colombia) in 1973. He studied Computer Science at the University of Los Andes (Bogotá) and worked as a software developer for 12 years. In 2006 he moved to Rome where he advanced studies in theology and philosophy at the Pontifical University of the Holy Cross. In 2011 he was ordained a priest in Rome and is incardinated in the Prelature of the Holy Cross and Opus Dei. When he returned to Colombia he worked as a chaplain and professor at the University of La Sabana (Bogotá). Right now he is living in Medellín (Colombia).
